This week, I learned about the basic characteristics of a being a good leader. In this video I use many different examples to display the three characteristics of a good leader. The first example is of my friend taking a cigarette away from a girl and telling her the consquences of smoking and telling her to see the bigger picture. The second example is of my brother carrying in the groceries from the car without being asked and being responsible. The third example is of my brother asking my mom if she needs any help in the garden because she has had a horrible day and he wanted to help. The three characteristics of a leader are seeing the bigger picture, taking responisibility, and having initiative. I also learned that anyone can be a leader!
